Always seems to me that the people who deserve negative karma the most are the ones who don’t get it. I’ve watched the same person use, abuse, and destroy ppl to get what he wants and he gets it, then moves onto the next victim. He’s very happy at 68. I get instant karma for the smallest things. Go figure. I’m thinking karma is selective.

Buddha said “you cannot kill someone without killing yourself first”.

if you truly love yourself you will never be able to do bad to anyone.

Still dealing with lots of hurt and anger to the person who have done me emotional damage.. it's hard to forgive and forget when you are suffering from the impact of their action.

I have had a hard time forgiving others and I do mentally wish harm to befall them (but not random people but people who have used me, greatly disrespected or hurt me deeply). I try to forgive and just tell myself lesson learned and don’t spend time with these people etc but you can’t always stay away from certain family members. Sometimes I really have to not think of the wrong they have done to me and have to distract myself to do other things because the family I trusted betrayed me very badly. I will keep trying to not think this way and be compassionate Bc I know it only poisons my own soul but it’s hard to let go of that bitterness but I will keep trying. No one is perfect and thank you for explaining all this to us. It is a struggle.

I don't wish anything bad upon anyone. I hope everyone can learn forgiveness before forgiveness is not just for the other person but for you as well. Let the healing begin because it's not that serious.

Ive sent bad energy to people around me, that had sent me bad energy, and its people i could not avoid. In many ways i feel i was justified, because it tires me to have to absorve their suffering. People use me like a rubbish bin for their negative emotions and i hate it.

I admit I once did a binding spell for my past abusers to leave me alone and not hurt me in any more lifetimes linear or non linear but no harm maiming death or hurting anyone jus to stop them hurting me so I made it clear they weren't to die nor for them to be murdered harmed maimed or killed I just wanted aby enemies to never harm me again I don't see it as action against others but more like a self defense tactic like leave me alone don't harm me again ur allowed to defend yourself just don't harm anyone just to stop them self defense

i had to stop shambavhi because i noticed that I have still unresolved anger. Shambahvi is for very mature people with mature egos. Also, after being initiated, i am disappointed at how the program is being marketed without any type of warning or recommendation that one should have a mature ego before first embarking.

The thing is,when you use energies to harm someone, unknowingly. Unconsciously. Not under your control.

i have had ill thoughts, and imaginings of taking retaliative actions for cruelty and harm they chose to do to me, and before my awakening in 2020, I spoke ill will with anger and intention to make myself clear, if such actions continued it would be very bad for both of us... sometimes legally, sometimes physically, or emotionally... after my awakening, the cycles of betrayal seemed to come at me harder and faster, and from multiple directions at once, and from the few people on Earth I trusted for most of my life, up until that moment, their true face was revealed and I was horrified at what I saw.... but there was a battle going on inside of me.... even though, I knew that with one stroke, with all of the dirt I had on them, was enough to turn their world upside down... in a court... I held on to those negative energies, and consequently, I ended up being taken to state mental hospitals, on numerous occasions that I can recall fighting the battle in me each and every time... until one event, I was taken against my will.... I finally cried out, with all of my heart... as I was tired of suffering the pai n of harboring so much anger, it was forgiveness and surrender, at will... to be detained as long as I were meant to be, and became aware... somehow, these betrayals must be forgiven, but I am aware, that my own forgiveness of them was really for selfish reasons, bc I was tired of feeling gladness at the thought that they might be harmed... like it really affected my ability to function.... what shocked me, is what happened months later, as I worked daily to maintain balance, in my heart, and mind... and body... these cruel acts against me... seemed to suddenly.... stop, and a shift took place in my material world where I was having unrealistic strokes of luck, that I never experienced and meditated on why must I be so lucky, and how greatful I was to have experienced something positive, after nearly 2 years of daily suffering, that not only threatened my freedom, but my life as well, in certain situations. Then, one day, a mutual friend made an unannounced visit, with certain spiritual items left to me by my Hawaiian family.... was being returned to me.... which was the reason for my anger, for the acts of betrayal taken by my best friend since childhood, to take such items, as ransom, accusing me that I owed some type of debt, and the level of my rage at that moment, was so intense.... because, in truth, I provided services, and resources, with held accounts in my company, and waived monthly service fees, brought her in my circle, where she was well received, showed her how to passively invest in real estate, closed the sale of her 1st home, after 7 years of healing her credit, monetitzed her dads business I mean, this girl was like my sister.... so to take sacred items from me, with some rediculous ransom, worth only $200... of which I never owed and was prepared to prove before God, and the court.... I have to say, was one of the most emotionally disturbing moments I never thought I could feel for my sister, and a lesson I will never forget.... what I found, when my friend aquired the items from the one that stole them, was returned by request.... due to her experience, wave after wave of negative things were going on all around her, even to an extreme where she suffered sudden loss of a loved one... her nephew... a 13 year ol young boy... in fear, and regret, I asked to take back my words, my thoughts, my feelings of ill will toward her.... and asked that they be sent back to the barron lands from which they came, and that if I am the orignal carrier, I gladly accept my fate.... stragely I never experienced anything specifically negative after that... I was shocked when things kept getting better somehow.......... I always thought that maybe my mind might be playing tricks, and maybe its all my imagination.... but now after seeing this... it is clear.... imagination is reality.... and watching this video, Shadguru now, I fear I am doomed to repeat this lesson in the next world! I hold no grudges upon anyone... but pray I continue to learn, and grow, in performance of my duty, as mother to the Earth. Thank you. Thank you Shadguru!

In my personal life I've experienced that everything is predestined. We know very well what we should do and what shouldn't. But our destiny or our luck involves us to do any good or bad karma. People do every karma (good or bad) according to the situation and of course it is predestined. So what is in our fate will be happened inevitably. We can't control our karma. It will be happened by us according to our individual fate and destiny.

Be kind and kindness will follow. Let go and encourage your soul to be free of negatives.

This resonates with me. I feel I have suffered a lot in my life from the bad karma caused by being judgmental. It's deeply engained in my thought process..."My way is the right way; their way is the wrong way; why don't they stop doing that - what's wrong with them" and it often leads to feelings of frustration or anger. For my channel also people criticize, but I think I am not making my kid working. I like to show people that my kid is so lovable by us, and in this way also I try to spend time with my son in this busy world, I am working but I am balancing everything and happy also, one day will come. Someone told me that he wants to solve everyone else's problems because this would enrich his life. I was surprised with the intention. So, you help others to get some benefits out of it (in the form of Karma or something, as per your belief system).
