Starting from scratch what I've learned and to help you get started on caring for bees. It doesn't matter how much land you have, you can do this too. It is a great way for a homesteader or any home owner to get honey or even support their garden with pollinators. This is a Top Bar hive, but these principles are also universal. I’m thinking about beekeeping. I’m hoping bees will help my garden. This year I didn’t see many and my garden didn’t do so well. I live in the city, on the water, so the houses are close together. So I’m doing some homework to see if it’s credible. Thank you sharing this video.

Hi lam new to bee keeping my name is Keith I live in Australia I am 70 and have low vision I have built 2 top bar hives 1 I have put a swarm in it seems to be going well I am open to any advice that could help me cheers keith

I guess there’s to bits of advice. 1. Study up on how to prevent a swarm. You’ll be doing that next year. 2. Be patient, it may be one or two years before you get a harvest. Let them settle in and get strong. Congrats on getting started, it is a fun hobby!
