Your feijoada looks so good. I'm Brazilian. Of course, in Brazil, we add other kinds of salty dried meats that are really hard to find in America, like Charque, carne do sol. Also, it is traditional to add pig's trotter and other no usual meats in America. I'm from Bahia( Northeast state in Brazil), and it is common to use Pinto beans, too. Congratulations on your version!
Yum! This looks awesome and I will need to give this a try. I love doing Brazilian Churrasco over our fire pit, but haven't gotten into many of the side dishes and stews! Just subscribed for more:)
Well done! Your version does look tasty. Although I do love the “poor man” version with ears and feet! Another top is serving this with farofa (fried flour), soma sautéed kale and slices of orange. 😋
You are getting what you pay for with that. If you don’t have $2,000 to buy are better, this is ok. It is just temperamental and you have to work slow. I like it for what it is.
Sausage with walnuts, chicken broth in feijoada man you destroyed feijoada, in time in Brazil feijoada is not a poor man's dish, stop inventing and make the correct recipe ok
