Dude i randomly came a cross this show last week and binged the entire thing it was so good and id never heard anyone talk about it so im really happy someone is acknowledging this work of art
Well. I guess that's just a bit of Karma for the First Crush. No matter what you don't want him to Run into or if she is Afraid of her Feelings. That's the Greatest way for the Guy in Question to Move on. He Crushed on her for a Long time. And she thought they could get together but was Afraid of the Feelings. Yea. The Ending is a bit Well Deserved. If I was in his Case. I'd have just Moved on from her and Flirted even more with Shia. Then got together with her because she actually is Willing to not be Afraid of her Feelings. And isn't Afraid to say it
I’m not mad at ZHU and I kind of understand why she was the way she was in the one hand I do feel a little sorry for her because it is evidently clear she did love him however, as Shiki said being in love is about timing. and you can’t really know who you’re meant to be with when you’re young because things have to go a certain way and the circumstances have to be right it’s not always just about your feelings and overtime based on circumstances, those feelings can change, as they ultimately did change Shiki. I actually appreciate the way they close the chapter because it was really romantic how these two childhood friends that deep down we’re in love with each other, but they ultimately grew up and wanted different things and I was happy the way that that chapter closed, and now he was free to realize that he’s in love with Li Shiya I loved this anime it was awesome and I would watch it again and again it is just that good and I also appreciate what they did instead of ending it the way the manga end it. My biggest hangup with the manga is that even though they take into account Li Shiya has emotional problems, they make it seem like she was for real and then all of a sudden she just changes for no reason and decides she wants to go back to that life. It didn’t seem to make sense to me and then to have him end up with the girl that had little next to no development and he had really only a couple of moments with but never really shared or reciprocated feelings for just didn’t make sense. I think it’s poor writing that’s my opinion and that’s why I like the anime over the manga
Getting very strong Kimagure Orange Road vibes from this one. Doesn't really help Li Shiya is almost a dead ringer for Madoka Ayukawa. I also get this strong feeling Zhu was based off Hikaru Hiyama as well, even has a short haired and long haired version just like Hikaru. Main MC doesn't look anything like Kosuke though.
Refreshing to see a anime story where the main charecter isn't a loser but just a nice good guy RU-vid subtitles suck they called him jumbting😂please keep doing this series this was actually good Where part 2😢
This anime is one of the best one in 2023. Just one regret, it haven't got an english dub. Although, I love this anime and wanna see the series to continue in the future ❤💘
It may have to blow up more for that to happen. Given that donghuas aren't as popular as anime, only a handful of them ever got an English dub. I don't look at them often though, so I could be wrong on that.
On things that never happened in this world... we like watching this(mostly men of course) since this is was mostly our day dreams back in school life.
my curiosity gets the best of me is this anime based on the Movie "Doona!" cuz the movie is nearly 100% the same from the cigarettes in the cabinet to the celebrity renting the whole floor downstairs for herself and so on and so on
beyond season 1 in the manhwa is a complete devastating fr, so I really hope that the anime version just ends in season 1 of the manhwa or just alter the ending into a happy ending cuz the author really fck the ending so badly TvT
For those who want to avoid drama and sad endings don't watch this. (I stand to correct myself, the Anime staff had mercy on us and didn't adapt the super unneccesary ending. It's safe.)
Yo that’s wild, Netflix has a K-Drama called Doona, and it’s almost identical. This must’ve been the source material, ngl I like the realness of live action better though
