I play Uno but I learned when a player plays +2 then I have +2 and he Draws 4 and if he plays +4 I have a+4 so he draws 8 cards

As far as I know I don't think you can.

@@unboxography u can change the rule for you to put the +2 on the +4 or the other around if you want but u gotta let ur opponent know first before the game starts
