🚚 Montage im Ausland 🛠 dieser Säulenheber wurde in einer großen Lagerhalle montiert. Die Aufgabe bestand darin, Material aus dem Lager in die höher gelegene Produktionshalle zu transportieren. Um diese Anforderungen bewältigen zu können, musste der Säulenheber mit einer Hubhöhe von 5 m ausgeführt werden. Die Größe der Plattform wurde mit 2,5 x 1,5m festgelegt. Die Tragfähigkeit hingegen beträgt 1500 kg.
Safety first: Der Vollschacht bietet Schutz vor herunterfallenden Teilen. Zusätzlich sind die Tore mit Elektroschlösser gesichert. Nur nachdem alle Tore bzw. Elektroschlösser korrekt geschlossen wurden, setzt sich den Lastenheber in Betrieb.
Wie man anhand der Fotos gut erkennen kann, wurde der Säulenheber am Aufstellort zusammengebaut. Eine Auslandsmontage erfordert eine präzise Logistik und Planung. Unsere Jungs sind da bestens organisiert und führen nicht nur das erforderliche Montagematerial mit, sondern auch gleich zusätzliche Schrauben und Materialien um auch unvorhergesehene Situationen vor Ort bewältigen zu können.
🚚 Assembly abroad 🛠 This column lift was assembled in a large warehouse. The task was to transport material from the warehouse to the higher production hall. In order to meet these requirements, the column lift had to be designed with a lifting height of 5 m. The size of the platform was specified as 2.5 x 1.5 m. The load capacity, on the other hand, was 1500 kg.
Safety first: The full shaft offers protection against falling parts. The gates are also secured with electric locks. The load lifter is only activated once all gates and electric locks have been closed correctly.
As you can see from the photos, the column lift was assembled at the installation site. Assembly abroad requires precise logistics and planning. Our guys are very well organized and not only carry the necessary assembly material with them, but also additional screws and materials to be able to cope with unforeseen situations on site.
