Group 2. I literally went on RU-vid to look for this and the posting was 38 minutes ago. I am super swamped this week, but the last 24 has been insane. Group 2. It is a person. I left my husband a year ago and have never regretted it. He has made a point to stay around despite me not loving the idea. Me too. It's a friend breakup where I had to leave but it hurt unlike anything ever. She just would rather not believe what I had to say and completely lose everything we had. I chose group 1 a couple of days ago. So here is how my experience related to what you said. I was the one who was feeling guilty and sorry. I guess you could say it was an aspect of myself apologizing to myself or my inner being/god. I also was catastrophizing over something (very related to that past guilt). I was worried that a mistake in the past would overtake me in the present. But, yes, it was nowhere as bad as I was catastrophizing as you said. There was a debt that I worried wasn't paid, so it was something to do with something financial. I found out the debt had been paid by someone else many years ago. So I didn't have to worry about it. But it did take those 48 hours to find that out. You said things would be less complicated, and by seeing how things worked out, I no longer have those worries holding me back. I think the mind can be complicated with worries about the worst-case scenarios and how to deal with them. With that in the past, things do get less complicated. I was going through an emotional flashback (a panic attack) when I started to watch it, but I was pretty sure it was catastrophization at the time, and this reassured me as well. It was a difficult 48 hours, but things got back to normal (with added relief) afterward. Thanks.

Group 2 It's wild because all your readings I've watched this year have had the same handful of messages. This is my third try to write this update so it'll be a bit more brief than intended. Material things: I'm in the process of a major clear out so my stuff is very much on my mind. Money: I made a non-reundable purchase which I did think about a lot first but we'll have to wait and see if it actually works out. Pile 3: I actually think that what you interpret as a struggle or an issue can also be something what people basically create themselves by not speaking up for themselves and by sharing and discussing everything with others and expose so to speak their privacy. That causes more turbulence than talking honestly and direct with those who are actually involved in misunderstandings. The advice to ask or discuss challenges with others isn't always wise because it can create a lot of nonsense. It's wiser to journal for example to clear up your mind. I resonate with being in my past someone who was a people's pleaser. This habit has nothing to do with making everyone happy by the way. It's an anxiety/fear pattern which people are conditioned into. Since I express myself directly and right in the moment sincerely and honestly my life changed a lot. This idea that others are malicious and stuff isn't helpful because people always act for a reason thee way they do and announding others as being the cause for your issues or creating issues creates again a sense of victimhood. Which is by the way also seen in this comment section. A lot of people tend and literally love to perceive themselves rather as victims than taking charge for their own inputs and actions and are eager to do something else. Nobody is coming back into your life who is told directly they aren't welcomed and wanted. So for all who is reading my comment. When you don't want to have any contact to a certain person such as an ex, tell them you aren't interested in being in contact with them. It's simple.

I choose pile 3, it resonates alot some of the specifics were spot on providing conformation. Have someone giving me unwanted advice when they have no idea versus the professional which I would be asking questions. Thing being taking the wrong way, trusting my intuition. Those were some of the things that resonates spot on. Talking about 2 main situation I am dealing with.

Group 3: 3 days later actually. A lot of it was quite accurate. On the day I watched the video I had a date planned. A rollercoaster date and I am rather terrified of anything like a rollercoaster and I thought he wanted to ride the worst one with me so I had been suffering from anxiety for a few days (I did want to try testing my limits tho). Therr was indeed one person bothering me: my mom. I had a slight cold and it was supposed to be chilly and rainy so she told me to either not go or wear a thick winter jacket and at best not ride any scary rides because she's even more of a scaredy cat than me. Well, I didnt listen to any of her advice and just went on the date how I wanted it. And it went great. It turned out he was just as scared as me so we only went on 3 rides. The first two were really fun and the last one.. yeah it was kinda bad and I got an upset stomach from it, he hated it too. But it was still a good experience and now I know what I can take and what I can't. We are also DEFINITELY in the flirting stage. At first our arms brushed against each other, then he interlocked arms with me, on the second ride he put his arm around me and touched my head and after that we started holding hands until we went home and parted in the train. We also got along quite well (tho there is a language barrier bcs he only started living here 1,5 years ago so sometimes we can only talk in English). He asked me to join him on a trip to Paris in May but I ended up turning him down a day later bcs I would have to take an 8 hour bus trip back alone and I easily get carsick. That would be too scary for me. But we want to go on a trip in summer instead. i was drawn to the mushroom in pile 2 and to the happy face emoji in pile 3 I always seem to sing "Nothing else Matters" and "The Unforgiven" by Metallica and also "Far away" by Nickleback and "Colours of the Wind" From Pocahontas as some of the songs i sing..... the others are "Banana Boat Song", i even have tried to sing "Dance Monkey in my regular pitch and even in Low pitch (like the Bass tone) voice rather than the typical tones people try to sing when they sing "Dance Monkey" the way the singer "Tones and I" sang and it really does sound Awesome and yes i tried to sing it in high pitch and i actually sound like a real Banshee screeching..... and "Show me the meaning of being Lonely" by the Backstreet Boys and many other songs
