Well I wish I could live in the States, and in order to live in the States I need to think from the States and not of the States as if they are something far away from me, rather I am supposed to think like I already am there and look at my current location as a far away place. When I'm lying in bed at night, I imagine being in my dream house. I imagine the room, I imagine walking through my house, my garden... When I'm driving my car, I imagine I'm driving a McLaren, or a Ferrari... In reality I'm driving a new BMW 5 series which is not so bad either :-). So when I see the luxury in my car, I FEEL rich. I think they mean the opposite - inversely proportional. i.e the MORE natural and strong your feeling, the LESS time it will take to manifest. If it was directly proportional, then it would mean the that the more natural your feeling is, the longer it would take to come true!

I’ve been reading, watching, studying things as the Law of attraction, the Law of assumption, scientific and spiritual teachings and so on since I was very young even though still attending school. I’m interested in getting a good life, both spiritual and physical. Now I ask myself why most famous teachers- coaches- masters that teach how to get a good health look like so old and unhealthy? I’d like to keep myself healthy, but also young and beautiful, not just healthy yet old and ugly. What doesn’t work in those kind of theories?

Try recording your own voice with the outcome of your desire and other empowering affirmations, adding some Theta waves, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies and emotionally uplifting music and playing it via stereo earphones, throughout the entire night, every night, until you have completely reprogrammed your subconscious mind. All the while using your imagination each night right before drifting off, playing that movie of you living in the end of your wish fulfilled and completely trusting that it is yours and will show up in good time👌👌👌 once your movie of a particular desire or goal feels so real, more real than your current situation...do everything in your power to completely forget about it. I find starting a new goal helps release the previous one, allowing the universe to conspire to bring it to you. 💫

@@natgeox thank u for the info ℹ. I actually read that somewhere else n gave it a try but I had trouble w/that. I think I struggle w/this bcuz I have ADHD so as far as meditation goes, that's a challenge. I looked up ways to meditate for ppl w/ADHD n still working on it.

@@dennyd8954 I have ADHD here are some things I have found helpful 1) Yoga specially the faster paced classes and while I'm doing it I focus on affirmations and the feeling of living in the end. The yoga really helps to ground me and keep me focused 2) Guided meditations instead of just letting my mind go freely the guided meditation helps keep me on track there are meditations for manifesting on various topics that you can search 3) Sometimes I will start free scripting affirmations, stories, anything that comes to mind as I'm writing 4) I trained my mind to be able to meditate for longer started by doing shorter meditations and slowly moved up to longer but I really mostly uses guided meditations specially if it's going to be a longer time meditating 5) Meditating while on my ADHD meds I don't really take them anymore only occasionally honestly I've manifested my ADHD affecting me less and less over time but when I was taking them regularly it was so easy to manifest if I did it when they were active in my system Hope this helps :)

What if I want to become a linebacker? What if these generalities don't matter to me? What if I don't want to be stuck with a 5'7 body that weighs 140 pounds? What if I want to make the linebacker goal feel natural?

Then you must imagine that you are a linebacker until it feels natural. Ask the question, how would I feel if I was a linebacker for (insert team)? It's easier said than done believe me I know. It sometimes made me cringe when Neville said it's simple, even a child can do it. Lol I tell my wife it's difficult to feel other than I've been conditioned to feel for over 35 years but I truly believe in this teaching and will continue until it's just as natural to feel the way I desire to feel now and I encourage you to do the same! As far as the height, I don't know. Michael Jordan is 6'6" and everyone else in his family is 6'0 and under. He desired to be tall to the point that he would hang from a pull up bar (something he saw on the Brady Bunch) and being tall consumed him and it happened. I also read in one of joseph Murphy's books that someone grew a limb through prayer so maybe you can be taller. We just have to learn to turn away from Esau because his world seems so damn real! Keep pushing and believing.
