Finney Cumberland road or Forestry road 17 of Round Mountain area.
The road winds its way from the South side of Skagit River over to State Route 530 or Arlington Darrington Rd. If you stay on 17 however as I did you make a large loop around the mountain back onto Concrete Sauk Valley Rd.
