Use a small funnel with tubing attached to it that will fit into the ink reservoir. But maybe their design is to make sure that solid particles aren't introduced by forcing you to use the syringe.
I absolutely love you. Your videos are super informative. I always come to you before i buy any machines haha. Thanks to you i have the roland bn20a. 😊. Out of all the DTF printers i think im getting the roland. Ill stick with roland.
What setting are you using for just white prints? Mine seem to want to come out nearly transparent.. so far the tech support hasn't been too helpful. Thanks..
I saw a video that showed the container with the ink bottles placed on it's side to initially fill the bottles. I think this would work and allow the use of a funnel to fill the bottles.
I tried this..thinking the same thing. The ink all spilled into the container making a huge mess...it actually says not to turn the ink container on it's side for this reason.

You can not turn the ink container on its side. The ink will flow into the container itself and create a massive mess..it actually specifically warns in the master class video not to turn the container on its side.
I want this printer. But I’m so used to my MacBook now. What computer brand do you use with this printer? Thank you for the video. I’m glad I watched it so I know what to expect.
I would start with buying transfers and then probably wait until I could get either an STS 724 or Epson F2270 (BY20 hasn't been out long enough to say). They are high priced but this is one case where you get what you pay for
How close does the air purifier need to be to the top of the curing oven? I put mine very close and it sucked my print to the top of the curing oven and ruined it. I'm having a hard time finding any information on it! My office is a small closed space so I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. Also what settings does it need to be on? There are 3 options on the purifier.
Ideally you need to print daily - even just a nozzle check. If you are routinely not going to print pretty much everyday I would reconsider if you a DTF printer is right for you. A better option may be to purchase the DTF transfers.
I am interested in this printer but i was wondering about the maintenance. If i print once a day for three days a week would that be fine? And how long can i leave it alone before it clogs? I am going to use it at the workplace which i dont have access to on the weekends
No, you really need to print every day - even if it's just a nozzle check. If you can't print daily you are likely going to run into a issues that will take hours to resolve. If you can't print every day, a White Toner printer is a better option. www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/p/uninet-icolor-560-printer-and-pro-rip.html
@@SilhouetteSchool thanks for thr quick reply. I was thinking about syoring this in my garage but i am worried about the temperature fluctuations. I think white toner might be the best option for my case even though i really want the dtf
Hi no - most rip softwares for DTF is not. However, the Epson F2100 is a DTF/DTG printer that is Mac and PC compatible. You can learn more here shrsl.com/46h96
I just received my Uninet 100 on Monday but I can’t add the ink until I take the 30 minute Q&A session. If I add it before, it will void my warranty. First available date is January 3, 2024 😡😡😡😡😡
Yes I just heard this was happening and I agree with you - waiting two months is completely unacceptable. I have expressed my concern to Uninet about this and am encouraging them to at least offer group sessions if they are going to require this until they can catch up.
@@SilhouetteSchool I called yesterday and the only thing they could tell me was “if we have any cancellations, we will reach out to you”. I’m so annoyed and once you take everything out of the original packaging, it cannot be returned.
They actually just emailed me yesterday and said they are making changes by offering small group sessions to great decrease the wait time. They should be reaching out early next week to reschedule with you
