(haha) ...but seriously, unless ur an on-duty police officer, DO NOT start wiggling around during ur haircut to fish ur cellphone outta ur pocket & then have the audacity to think that ur phone call is that dang important... chances are, it aint! ...so for me, answering a cell call during a h/c is my #1 ...great video man, thank u

I think outside of what’s already been said, a pet peeve I had was when clients want “an inch” off so you turn them around to visionary show them to get their input on that inch and then they say it’s either not enough or too much was taken off.

Aight my turn (customer). Barbers that don’t respect client time and skip over the appointment to cut their homies hair first. I’ve moved a lot in my life so I’ve always experienced preferential treatment for “veteran” customers. This shit is mad annoying. At least it narrows my options down.

Also a HUGE pet peeve was when the client asks for a taper or burst fade and as you finish the cut they ask if you can convert it to a full blown fade especially with your next client waiting.

I’m happy to say I’ve never done any of these things but when I was younger and regularly going to the barber every week I was constantly tired from working long hours, hanging out late and drinking and getting little to no sleep. Back then it was not uncommon for me to start nodding off in the chair. Not a good situation for a barber trying to give you a nice, even cut. Sorry Leon.

Hey sean great topic I personally hate when they dont know what they want so i look up photos show them the difference between a taper and fade and they’ll say taper for example and as im finishing up theyll be like “nvm lets try a fade” when i told them that would be double the cut, I was wrong…. I explained to him that was two whole cuts but guess i was in the wrong 🤦🏽‍♂️ anyways a good question would be worst haircut experience lol mine would be dealing with a drunk guy that passed out in my chair and ended up peeing his pants 💀😂 safe to say i got a new chair and threw that cape away lmao

@@Seancutshair they can pay me to cut it or pay me to find it, either way is fine with me as long as they let me do my job and aren’t too ridiculous with their requests. I can work some mirracles with “bad hair” or light hair but if there’s literally nothing there then it is what it is unless you want a paint job lol. Im all about making my clients happy so if they’re happy I’m happy! 😁

So this video just VALIDATES all my fears and I honestly think I'm the perfect client lolol cause these thoughts already run through my head. I just sit and let the barber do his thing. I choose a barber that fits my style. My family has horrible advice 😅 they tell me to be critical and don't be afraid to ask the barber to redo anything because it's my money. SMH. These barbers have lives and time is precious. Gtfo lol

Clients who come in with greasy/oily hair & or bed head/ hat hair. If you don’t wanna work through a greasy, oily, matte mess You gotta wash their hair first To top it off. After all that & then they don’t know how to tip… c’mon man. 🤦🏻‍♂️ you fired fam. 🚫🗑️
