Redbird and Management are going to have to earn my viewership and money from now on. I am not watching another Milan game until I see a real manager on the sidelines and a complete squad that has been built to seriously compete for something. We aren't even getting that stupid stadium. Disgrace
Mediocre Signings + Passive Coach + 0 Tactical Courage = Current Milan. Barca is a great example to learn from, they have a system and distinct style that ALL THE PLAYERS fall into but still creatively flexible.
@@Alex-jf7qx it doesnt matter if he is a yes man or not most of milan coaches in the past are yes men the problem is that the management are not ambitious . they dont have the drive to win titles just do the bear minimum and make top four if we win the league its a plus . the team had 9 players who were acquired from red bird who started that match all of them average players none of them are game changers. they are not an upgrade from malidini and Elliot management and they are even more expensive than Maldini's boys , bennecer and tonali are cheaper than musah and cheeks , messiah is cheaper than chukwueze, giroud came in for free but morata and Abraham dont offer much and are more expensive. even maldini got rebic to partner leao , please explain to me what okafor has done to merit such a price tag . the obvious lack of ambitions and lazy scouting from the management is the real problem not the quality of the coach . I mean it's not like pioli is a genius . but with sound support from maldini and team you can see the quality they try to get despite the management limitations . moncanda and zlatan need to leave at the end of the season. . this nonsense logic that we must get a big coach for the management to have a brain is ridiculous indeed .
@@bossvinny5940 e never coach the right back and besides its not his job to do so its moncanda job to get a quality right back , I mean malini got kalulu and the Portuguese right back on loa from manchester both are better than royal . you dont need a coach to tell you how to get one
AC Milan as a club is in the wrong hands because the management does not care about the fans, they only care about our money, that is why AC Milan has so many absurd collaborations with other brands while the team on the pitch is disgusting.
As a boy I liked watching AC Milan matches in 2000s..now my heart is almost broken with the current AC Milan. I do even pray for AC Milan for a comeback but things are getting worse to worst each day. I think we are the most disappointed fans in every year. So sad 😭
Sometimes I hate being right. I told my son back in the summer during the pre season excitement that Milan will regret not signing Conte and that our defensive issues have not yet been addressed. Beaten by a Napoli which in paper is not a top 4 Serie A squad yet is in first place.
Ngl, I liked that Milan lost. I think Milan should've signed Buongiorno and Conte this transfer window, but instead they went for Royal and Fonseca, so that's just deserved... I'm still salty about Milan not picking Buongiorno
A team has Di Lorenzo (wanted to leave, Conte said No), Buongiorno, Lukaku (asked by conte) the other got Royal (asked by Fonseca??), Pavlovic, Musah. Tell me who is more ambitious
The management thought switching the club from a winning tradition into a system-based playing was easy but they were wrong. They should continue the things done by Maldini in the past 3 years
Milan's main problem for me is a coach. Because we have à better team than last year, especially in the attacking part and we did better last year. Of course we do not have a team to win seria a or ulc but normally with this squad we make it final 4 easily.
A team without a midfield and without a forward by choice of the club, a coach who has never won anything in his career, managers who know nothing about football, and an ownership that sought to demean us regarding what football even means-the results in just two years are plain for everyone to see. I, like many Milan fans, will no longer watch our Milan until this disgraceful ownership sells it!
We have the worst management from seria A, how they didn’t hire Conte or Hansi Flick? The fact that they didn’t even try to get Flick is absolutely non sense… we needed a top coach and they had 2 top coaches available Conte and Flick and they got Fonseca. And then the transfers… how are we gonna win trophies with players mine Emerson, Terraciano, Loftus and Musah? It’s ironic how Conte was waiting until the very last minute to get the call from Milan and he goes to Napoli and with a similar squad value he is probably winning scudetto.
Sleep on the result alex then youll wake up, be calm and move on and nothing changes. Every single department of this club is unwatchable, Hope milan lose every single game and get relegation if thats what it takes for these owners to leave
The team is utter garbage. No doubt. I don’t get the Milan fan base with their expectations … where are you going with Leao or Hernandez? The team is weak, disjointed and zero character. The team is not good.
We had so many great chances to score, better than the two scored against us, even Musah had two chances, Leao had one, Pulisic had one, RLC’s cross, luck and shooting skill were not there in this match, not really Coachs fault. Without Leao, we played like a team, when Leao was on, he was so lazy even we were down, only 30 minutes to play. He was walking back leading to an offside, he was walking back when we were count attacking, he did not bother to attack when given the ball and half free on the left, just pass back, Okafor was ok
I stop tv before half time, this pictures is the same in the last yers.. the team every mach is very hard to know how Milan to beat opponents no matter what hi is, Milan is losting in 2011 to today..
After watching present Napoli play, its lacking quality compared to Conte's other teams and still the team performing too well. That's the difference between top manager and average one. Sad part we have a management with no clue. Manager is bad and the management is the worst. We have shit players who helps opposition and affects our own players. We have quality players in other positions but shit right back and poor midfield enforcement destroys everything
Management is the root of this evil. Napoli is very well organized as a team and Conte did a great job with that (Napoli the last season came in like 10th I believe). They have a great mentality, which we lack
@Alex-jf7qx Team was in 10th & now in top that's the difference top managers brings to the team. AC Milan management is shit. Right manager with the right enforcement in the right back & midfield can bring the league title for sure because we have top quality in many positions. If the manager was good by now academic players would have got chance in team especially after having mediocre first team players.
Most importantly, we need a real sporting director rather than a banker, a scout, and an ex player who can give the coach the team he needs. I hope cardinale realizes it sooner than later.
We are not playing football this is not milan we know, that is why I didn't watch the game because I always see what will happen to milan with this coach who doesn't nothing
have to disagree with you ; napoli weren't that compact , morata pulling back totally confused them and they were leaking everywhere , passes slicing open the block easily. milan had great chances but unfortunately bottled them; napoli took their chances ( 1st goal pavlovic mistake, 2nd goal maignon mistake) . On another day it would have been 2:0 and not 0:2. All in all, I was not impressed with both teams...
We wanted Pioli out for a top coach, Fonseca like it or not is more of a side-grade choice that costs less money. But yes the real problem here is the management, with a team built like this is hard to do better to be fair. If the first choice after Reijnders is Musah we have a problem
Fonseca is doing a good job, I might be in the minority but he is getting them to play the way Pioli should have done years ago, so they would be more developed tactically than they are now ❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤
@ He is the sort of manager we needed back in 2020/2021....to develop the team the right way. Play the game the right way and more importantly stop certain players from getting diva habits and this season to upgrade from him. I feel like we are trying to start over the process but this time with a coach better than Pioli before we get a manager. It feels like they noticed something in Pioli that they wanted to fix so the under18s have a better chance coming through the team the right way, while a proper manager will focus on winning and not develop them.
I'm always grateful to Pioli and his style of play. But I think the owners set up fonseca to fail, hopefully they give him 2-3 seasons max and really support him
Nahh man give Pavlovich 10 times over Bongiorno! Napoli played counter attach football with the defenders and midfielders as a black in the back, the moment you allow Bongiorno to play man to man in open space he is bad
