Instead of running away from loans, debts or committing suicide in the fear of debts, a women who lost her husband stood so strong and found a solution to continue the business and also got a solution to repay the debts with all the support of their employees and their customers. This kind of attitude is what to be noted and appreciated here. Even siddhartha had an option to sell the asset and repay the debt. Did he do?? No. Why??? @@devarajansrinivasan5802 Very true. But if she had a choice, she can do the same what siddhartha did. Or she would have dissolved the business and repay the debts and shut CCD. But she wants to take CCD to next level. For Malavika, CCD is her husband’s pride. It’s not about just money. It’s all about the importance, trust and respect of her business and the CCD employees future. Her decision has saved thousands of employees life. What if she closed all outlets and send every employee home in a single day??? Can you imagine the impact it will create in their lives???? Malavika knows about the value of an employee very well. Thats what i see in her. But you just see the money, numbers, papers, legal formalities… Apart from all these, Malavika has VALUE!!!

@@madhansvoice she knows the pro's and consequences. She cannot just close down CCD just like that. There is a provision in company law called the doctrine of lifting the corporate veil. She wants to avoid to be declared as a willful defaulter. She has got a lot of assets. She sold some of her valuable assets in metropolitan cities and repaid the loan.

Kindly read what is loan write-off and what is loan-waiver. No common man is pricing for her debt! It’s her debt and her profit is what she is dealing with. Write-off has nothing to do with loan. It doesn’t mean she no need to pay back the loan. Don’t misunderstand the concept and spread the same in a public forum pls.
