What… whats that? I have so many friends from southern part of India… and whenever we ask them for southern food they will cook us only Idli dosa Sambhar Kesari bhaat payasam… yah state wise taste wiuld be different 😄 I didn’t know dish at all… I am sure same applies to every part of our country… thanks to our diversity we have so so many different food… bequtiful video

Koneyalli thampaada majjige..... Dhanyosmi.. 120/- is to cheaper... Weekend li alli illi hogi , malls li, restaurant li saaviraaru Rupayi kalkollo badalige illi bandu oota madi sir... ಇದು ಜಯದೇವ hostel complex ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ 1984- 1986 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ hotel ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಜಯದೇವ hostel ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ. ಆದರೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಊಟ.

ನಾವು ತಿನ್ನುವಾಗ 60ರೂ ಇತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಹೋಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಂ ಲೆಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿನ್ನುವ ಬದಲು ಮನೆ ತರ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಮೋಸ ಇಲ್ಲ 👌🙏🌹

ಮುದ್ದೆ ಊಟ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ.. ಬಿಸಿ ಬಿಸಿ, ಕೇಳಿ ಕೇಳಿ ಬಡಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ❤❤❤

In our home, we make ragi mudde (sangiti/Kali) very often. Especially on the days when horse gram gravy (uluvulu charu/kollu rasam) is made or gravy of any pulses/legumes are made. And I don't like to touch it raw, because it sticks. So we make a small pit in the centre and pour ghee in it. The ghee will be spread over the ragi ball to make the surface gliding and not sticky. And I don't chew them, just gulp it immediately after putting inside the mouth. So the gravy should be smooth without any roughages to make it easy to swallow.
