The biggest thing I’ve started doing this year is waking up earlier than I need to. I’m not a fan of early mornings so waking up early allows me to sit in bed and think about life, release any bad or negative energy (if I woke up on the wrong side of the bed) before doing anything else ❤
Yes, YEs and YES!! That's all your hair. You got a blowout🥰💕. A wig update would be nice. That way, we know how long it lasts and if it's worth buying. Lastly, I started journaling. It gets all of my thoughts, goals and ideas out of my head.

My routine for the New Year is to increase my prayer life EVEN more! For example, I start my day with prayer and meditation. It's essential to setting the tone for my day. That leads to me being even more organized and intentional and staying in my peace and not dealing with any drama from anybody else... Life is too short to be in a state of flux. I would love to see updates on some of the units that you have done and how they are lasting.

First off, you SLAYYYYED!! 😍 As for the new year, new me...I've started to stick to an earlier bedtime, so I can do early morning workouts, as well as get extra time to meditate/reflect afterward.
I love your videos, they've helped me through my struggle of wearing wigs. Now I'm more knowledgeable on what to do and what not to do. The thing I've started double this year is drinking more water throughout my day and going to bed at a good time so I'll wake up refreshed instead of sleepy and tired

You never cease to amaze me with your wig installs. Simply fantastic!! My new routine for 2023 is going to bed at night and waking up in the morning at the same times. Even on the weekends. I find that I'm less tired when Monday rolls around.
This year I’ve started preparing everything I need for the week during the weekend. This includes planning outfits and meals, packing gym bag, and another I need for work. This makes each day run so much smoother.
The routine that I have had through the years is I always take Sunday as a lazy relaxing day and that is when I do my maintenance and self care. Thats when I shave, oil my hair, redo braids in the front, do my nails or touch them up. This way I look put together during the week and I do not have to worry much about my appearance

One thing I started to do this year is not taking any bs from ppl, if it be at work or just in life in general the way I stand up for other ppl is how I am standing up for myself now, don't start nothing won't be nothing and I stay ready so I don't half to get ready that's my mind set and of course to always be respectful to others like I always do until they cross the line of course lol

Every other video showing new thin wig caps no one tells u where to buy em!! You gotta buy a whole wig from one of these companies for a thinner wig cap when the old ones still works. Smh
This turned out flawless 😍😍 I started reading daily scriptures and working on my relationship with God. I’ve always been spiritual and believed but I fall short on being consistent with reading the Bible. It’s been a big change and it really starts my day off positive and helps me navigate the daily woos we all face.
Can you do a reinstall on this wig? I have a similar one but my lace rolls up at the edge. Lace is standard Swiss but I’m not wanting to keep clipping lace every week when I reinstall
You look amazing and made it look effortless. I decided to focus more on my health. I've never been a water drinker so I purchased a motivational water bottle and it's actually made a subtle difference. Hopefully this will help me make other changes in time that in time I will benefit from greatly. Keep doing amazing things.
Something that’s working for me this year is staying motivated to exclusively pumping breast milk for my 3 son. I set goals for myself to increase my supply: how many bottles can I produce in a day? Can I top that by 1 tomorrow w/ proper hydration & healthy food intake?, for example. It’s been a journey so far, he’s 2 months old. But I surpassed my previous sons’ goals of 6 weeks, & im working on a year this time around. 2023 will be promising in all aspects! I have so much faith & determination! Loved the video & would love to see how you maintain + style the hair over the course of the week (including the braid out). My goal for 2023 is to heal my inner child. A lot of issues that I struggle with today stem from my childhood & I realized that I need to love/re-parent her to become my best self. I've been doing lots of reading, journaling, & meditation/prayer. I still have a long way to go, but I can already feel that I've made progress. 😌

I have started keeping a planner and writing things down to keep me organized. I plan on Sundays and prioritize what needs to be done, so I am less stressed.
This year im dedicated to stop stressing. If my anxiety is rising i take a moment to myself . Even on my lunch breaks i go to my car , put on slides & listen to music. ❤
For the new ultra thin ball caps, when you first put it on and setting the hairline with bold hold, use it around the entire ear tab area to. That will stop the cap from running when you cut it.

Do you ever use the temporary hair spray color on your wigs like a gold, I have rose gold just take care of your wigs a little bit more character, I see those colors at Sally beauty supply, and Walmart
