Knowledge is power!! Thanks for sharing this information. Before I actually did my own research I swapped from a cheap brand to a good quality brand and thought I was having an allergic reaction! Turns out that the good stuff was actually doing the job and after about 6 weeks of trusting the process with the change….. I look amazing!! 43f btw
the first ever retinol product I tried was from the Inkey List, I was disappointed and ended up using it oney legs and arm, still not much effect...luckily I saw this or else I thought all retinol works like that one, maybe I should try the one recommend 😲👍
I'm new to retinols and I use the Paula's choice 0.3 + baukachal and it's already changed my skin! I have pigmentation and it's disappearing fast so don't think I'd bother with the 1,% seems too high a risk
OMG, I was searching for a comment like yours since I am currently on the look out for PC retinol. May I know if you experience any temporary purging period before getting improvement in your skin? I am new to retinol so I was deciding btw this and the 0.01%, also from PC.
Stronger retinol doesn’t mean stronger results guys!! Low and slow the benefits of retinol are years in the making. 1% maximum every night for the rest of your life not super high fuck up your skin and have to keep stop using it because it’s making your skin worse
What about Cerave resurfacing retinol serum? I ve been a user of G&G A game 10 for the last couple of years and 2 months ago, i dropped it on the flor and the pump stop working :(..so because of that and the begging of summer i switched to cerave, to a lighter retinol...but i m impress, works the same as A game, in my opinion.. I saw a dr.Dray video and she talks about formulation...she says that it matters even more than de concentration..and i have to agree.
I just started this a week ago and I swear it looks like I’ve already gotten some results… I know it’s almost certainly from the niacinimide in it, but so far I’m impressed. Would love to hear more experienced perspectives tho
Can you throw out some strong Body Retinols?! No idea why they make them all in lower concentrations than they do for the face, because the body skin is SO MUCH THICKER for the Retinol to get through. 🤦♀️
I have and I am not a fan as I think its too expensive for a 1% retinol, I think there are cheaper options out there and I prefer retinal or granactive retinoid personally.. love x
i actually started out with the inkey list's retinol serum when i was new to retinol and loved it! i saw results and i think it's great for beginners but it's way too gentle for me now
I love it and it's the one I use but this video is on retinol where as the a-game is retinal and I wanted to focus on the bestselling in this video.. hope that makes sense but the a-game is amazing.. love x
@@xiomarasinnis7549me too im building it up. Im ready to go 0.5 however if i want switch to another brand do you need buy lower percentage?. Im thinking eventually go to retinol reserface or medik includes 1%. However im building slowly for year
@@xiomarasinnis7549I have been thinking about getting this one myself as well(in emulsion formular tho) how did you introduce into ur skin n is it effective still ??
Oh good spot.. that video was from 4 years ago I think before we realised they had tricked us and the 1% wasn't actually 1% (they are such a deceitful brand) I better find it an remove it.. love x
Am I the only one confused - more concentration doesn't mean better results, no? You can keep using your "beginner" low concentration retinol for life and still see the same results
