I bought one of these thin part wigs from Innovative and I have to let the sensitive scalp/tender-headed folks know that THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT FOR YOU. Those clips at the part will drive you insane and there's no alternative painless way to keep the wig on your head. You've been warned.
Finally a wig that does not require 28 steps, a whole role of tape, 3 cans of hair spray, special flat irons, edge controls that can tack up wallpaper, plucking, bleach knots, and or require a whole makeup tutorial to match the part to your scalp. Because some of us are not going for the “fresh up out of IG” 😅😂🤣 We just want to look sexy and well put together.
@Star Well sis please feel free to send me a link to a $30 dollar wig that os a decent looking shake and go (2 steps and ready to wear). It also has to be still in stock, is a reliable seller, has good customer service, and will not knot or tangle in 3 days. $300 may be a lot for some (o have been there), but I am in a place now where one or two these wigs every 6 months will not hurt my pocket. I am not a wig crazed person I just want 2-4 easy and simple wigs to throw on in a pinch. Plus sisters these days pay that and more for a purse, shoes, clothes, nails, makeup, skincare, perfumes. and TicTok stuff every month. While I still shop at Kohl’s, TJ, Burlington, and sometimes WalMart. I rather me a millionaire with my one good wig and awesome investments, than rocking $300 plus a month on Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and SUPREME and still broke. The world is full of misunderstandings as it is, however I would love to support you business! I have to say I have a sensitive scalp and are a little cautious about buying certain products (even if the are all natural). But I love yo support black owned it makes me feel good and encourages my son to invent something to change the world. I been natural for 10 years, and use wigs when I am just wanting a break. As you said identity is so important in the black community and understanding that fake hair is an accessory and not permissible not stresses to our sisters and brothers. See this is where I'm torn. I'm in love with the half up half down. I'm borderline medium-large cap. I was told size up. OK so if I do this style. .would the cap be too big and loose since I'm leaving a nice portion of hair out?!
I love their wigs. They are probably my favorite hair company. I have this texture too and yes it is very soft. I didn't care for the curls the curler you used created but thank you for showing it to us. I think wand curls are better for kinky straight hair. Overall I love your results and your humor!
