So interesting how exact and how many rules go into Judaism. I love being Jewish. I did not realize women wore Tzitzit. I have tefillin I wish to wear but have to get it sized to fit my head. So cool.
Resizing tefillin looks a bit tricky but once you understand how the straps fit together as knots, it can be done! I’m glad my videos are educational for you and encourage you to love Judaism more ❤️
There are many laws, halachot, in Judiasm. What's even more interesting than the amount of all the halachot, is the amount of wisdom that comes from what seems to be the most obscure or mundane halachot. Though, you were correct to know that women are NOT commanded to wear tzitzit. It's a time bound mizvot so women are exempt from such a mitzvot. You may find the custom of women wearing them in reformed or maybe conservative circles. In orthodox communities it is not practiced. The oral Torah will also note its not something women do from a halachot standpoint. This is a great video none the less.

@@j1mbobtech yes, there is a lot of debate about tekhelet (the blue thread). If you look at my other tzitzit videos, you will see in the time stamps that I address the blue thread issue. Hope this helps!
