I've already left a comment, but I want to add: I start my day with this video, and first coffee. Breathing in that fresh energy, breathing out the stale. Looking out on the ocean view I am blessed to have. Sometimes, I don't sleep well. I have worries, or just general discomfort. But always ALWAYS... this video brings me back to Center. I feel Loved and Protected. I know that whatever I have to attend to.... right now I am OK. Today I am OK. Grateful 🙏❤️.

Deborah, today is July 23, the most powerful energy day of the year. I had something pounded up and out of me by my Spiritual Team this morning. I'm feeling very empty and vulnerable. 😂😂😂 first of all yes I have two main spirit guides who are truly a comical pair. They shock me constantly with odd happenings.They often show up in my dreams and always standing together. And then they will ask me if I remember them or what. 😂 I am clairaudient so I can hear them. And yes they will say some funny stuff to me at random times. Life is never boring that for sure. 😅
