I can remember a few services at my home church. You could feel the spirit of the Lord the minute you hit that door. Choir would start the processional. After the scripture go into prayer then the song after prayer. Church would be in 🔥! After a while the pastor would get up and say, "the doors of the church are open" There was no need for a sermon the spirit was so high. Those were the good ole days.
