I really connect with black tourmaline. I suppose I knew that already. I seem to always wear it, have tumbles and today I meditated with a huge chunk that has like a 2 " diameter. There were several things that struck home with what you mentioned though. The different possible scenarios. 2 of them fit. I may DM you on IG because I am curious about more supportive things I can do.

I want to tell you that I've been doing my research and I've noticed that YOU have REALLY done your research on these stones that you work with. I want to also tell you that there are people out there in RU-vid land that have NOT done their research and are more into their narcissistic tendencies and into making a buck! They allow people to go on thinking that opalite is an actual natural formation! That REALLY bothers me. They should inform people instead of allowing them to be deceived. i exhaled right before you told me to imagine the bad feelings as smoke flowing out of my skin, and before you even mentioned it, i imagined black waves and curls of air and smoke rolling off my body in the form of tension. i feel connected. thank you.

I loved your meditation 🧘‍♀️with black tourmaline! After a few minutes of feeling rock solid grounding, I begin to see(eyes closed, but very vivid.), colors expand and change from red, yellow, darker yellow, orange, faded grey, yellow, orange...I could began to feel positive about things I once thought negative. I also feel that this stone helps protect my empathic energy and psychic energy which helps me to interact with others while still holding my energetic balance. Recharged and fully protected. 🙏🏼❤️

Thank you for this guided meditation. During the meditation while holding the Black Tourmaline, I felt my head very heavy, as of waves were bouncing side-to-side. And, the area of the abdomen above the navel and below the solar plexus also felt the wavy movement. Not sure what to make out of this. This is the first time meditated with Black Tourmaline, but I have been meditating regularly for last 20 years.

I did this meditation and asked for this dark spirit that has been haunting my for years to leave. I suddenly visioned a mist above me. I was frightened, it went cold but I asked the crystal to protect me and get rid of all evil. All of sudden I went really sleepy. I have struggled with insomnia for years from some trauma that happened in my teens. I feel like I get super sleepy and it's hard to fight sometimes during meditation. Can someone explain whats happening here?

Thank you Shantelly 💖 No music is an intentional choice.The intention of the meditation is to be able to pay attention to your Inner Reaction to the gemstone and the prompts, and I find that music distracts from that process 🙏🙏

That was an interesting one. I did it without a crystal. Throughout the meditation it made me do a wolf like call and then laugh afterwards in that pattern over and over again.

I have restless legs syndrome at night and find it impossible to sleep with my legs twitching and jerking around and I can't stop them. Is there a way black tourmaline can help with that?

I have a question. I do at least 2 of your medications every day and I can’t even put into words how beneficial they have been for me. You are a (no pun intended) a gem and I’m sooo grateful to have found you! However, the only thing I struggle with is in the beginning of your meditations I really have a hard time envisioning being supported by the earth, I struggle with actually feeling that sensation and I feel like sometimes it throws off the whole meditation for me. Is there a reason why I could be having an issue with that and would you potentially have any advice as to how I can get my mind into that space going forward? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! I’m so sorry for the long comment but I’m genuinely very curious about this. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤️

Thank you so much! And that's a great question. The purpose of drawing attention to the Earth is to have a moment of grounding and to bring us to the present moment - the here and now. It is important during the meditation to be able to observe our experience while we're holding the stone and reflecting on the scenarios. If imagining the entire Earth feels too much, then just focus on the actual physical sensation of your body touching the chair or your feet on the ground and that should accomplish the same result. 💖🙏💖

Can relate... I felt once in my spine during general meditation...I was told that it happens since the energy is trying to clear, internally or externally caused blockages.. Do few more times it might help relieve it slowly.. 👍

Thank you. I have my birth mother spirit attach to me. She was a drunk and abused me physically and mentally. I was told that she wants forgiveness. I can't fine any in me at all. She had 6 kids gave.us away to family and friends. I was with her til.i was 8. My father's parents took me two doors down. then when she died I found out they was not my family. She was in love with their son. She was also see another man at the same time. I don't know who iam. I say iam a child of the goddess. Her mother my grandmother had coven when they lived down south. My mother was second in charge. Any way I just want her to leave me. Any suggestions of how to get rid of her 4ever. I don't have forgiveness for her and I tried can't fine it. I just can't stand that person.
