I really enjoy your guided meditations! You use exactly the right tempo and tone and the perfect amount of time, to become relaxed and stay aware. I feel rejuvenated and really UPLIFTED each time. I also find GREAT INNER JOY knowing that I pick most of my crystals for their "energy signature" and then learning the deeper meanings and qualities I realize how I am really being GUIDED in my choices of "crystal friends". My coworker got me to get a blue apatite bracelet. I feel a connection to blue and this stone is perfect for me because it can help me let go of obsessive thoughts and it's good for hyperactive people.

Hi the meditation was relaxing. Thank you! I have a small crystal pyramid and 7 pencil crystals. How to use them to heal severe psoriasis, can you give some inputs please? I've done level 3 reiki, but I want to try healing my husband with crystals for speeding up the results. 🙏
