I think the whole bit when it comes to positive thinking is a little more complicated at times. It's not just lying to youself about seeing everything good when deep down you feel differently about it. It's truly learning about what and why and finding inner peace with reality so in-depth the positive thoughts become more of a rooted perspective and vibrant in your values.

The moment i hear "Think positive!" i simply walk away, because that is a childish simplification of other deep and effective teachings. It's like telling someone "Take a sunbath every day!" - regardless of where he/she lives, a Carabean island or the North Pole. What people need are tools to change the psycho-emotional pathways - spontaneously. One of those tools is the practice of Classical Hatha Yoga. But only the real thing. I am meditating even when watching this video or reading something that is thought provoking on Internet。 I am focused, m breathing is calm, my mind is not distracted. I am meditating when I doing my gardening...in fact being with Nature is a great way to meditate. I will not sit cross-legged, face a wall, chant a mantra, etc. No need...breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly. Let the Mind be focused on just one subject or task. Yes...we can meditate anywhere that is quiet and we are by ourselves.

I think in your videos I wouldn't put in that you want people to subscribe too many times. I would only say it twice only. The people need to feel that your focus is on wanting to help them not anything else. Once that is done they will follow. I like this video!!
Yes your video is great and its what we all know deep down but don't feel good enough to talk to ourselves a pep-up or something like that. I know this information like the back of my hand, but feel a bit hypocritical when saying somethings to myself and _ but in wishing others well as we do, can encourage us to feel a true self worth I'm sure. The illustration is beautiful and the music really works I just thought the voice could have been softened a touch to not sound so dogmatic the lettering a good size and allowed (probably everyone), time to follow it. Really good and I've been referencing meditation for sometime and think this is presented so well. though I really think the design of Homo sapiens was not good enough in the first place, given to have free choice (to do all the damage it, they, we do).I think to watch and listen a few times will be a good idea. And it is definitely to share. I think this is a very hard time for most all of us. There were problems before Covid, but now it's a shift to the psyche. Please let me add something to 10th rule (Empowerment through self healing) as a Theravada Buddhist. Sutta Pitaka of so called Buddhism (Theravada) there are three Bojjanga Suttas out of which two were recited by Thathagatha Buddha when Arahath Maha Kassapa and Arahath Maha Moggalana were badly ill. Both of them were said to be completely cured after the recitations. Anyone who can recite the subject two suttas namely Maha kassapa Thera Bojjanga Sutta and Maha Moggalana Thera Bojjanga Sutta aftter learning true meanings it is really a empowerment tool for self healing. 5:34
