when i first started this meditation i thought it would be easy. Turns out i still have some work to do. I struggle to love people due to past trauma with friends, family, and romantic relationships. I’ve been working on self love for the past year which has been great but I still have an inability to love others because I have this idea that everyone is going to hurt me and leave me, so I’ve built a facade of hyper-independence. I want to work with rose quartz more to help heal these feelings

When I thought about healing and forgiveness I cried. I don't feel in a place to forgive right now, but this meditation gave me some clarity about where I'm at emotionally, I am in the early stages of the journey that is healing and self-love. Thank you.

Last night I listened to the videos on Rose Quarts and the meditation with Rose Quarts for the first time. I could hear the child I called the police for on June 23, 2021 in my mind, .when I heard her say, " no, daddy, no, daddy and then scream and then cried for thirty minutes. I woke up crying. The child's father hurt me too in a different way. It hurt me to listen to the child. I believe the Rose Quart is helping heal from this trauma. It is darkest before the dawn and the Rose Quart helped me to get to where I am right now. This morning I listened to the two videos again. When I pictured the pink light surrounding me and listen to your words I could answer yes, I do know and recognize my value and I know and recognize the value of other others. Yes, I do give myself compassion and others. I am grateful for this. God helps me so I can do it.

Hi I am new to life without religious theology telling me what I should believe in telling me what's dangerous. In the past I would have said this is dark and dangerous. I am starting to carry stones for protection, strength, and help making changes in my life. I have failed my family and been in prison for my failure. Now that I am carrying Lapis lazuli (my 1st) and others; I'm being told to do this and that full moon... I like the full moon, my prayer "Light of the creator shining into the darkness shine into my life or those who I pray for" Sometimes it sounds like there is a crystals theology, as if I will be Ceremonially unclean if I don't comply. I like learning what stone carried helps me in my journey. I like holding them setting my intentions-use intuition, seek authentic self, emotional healing, and energetic shield. I do this with the stones I carry. I am a man 64 years old I don't know how to stop so Peace be with You. ( I kinda hold on to that one)

I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one who realized that they still had wounds to heal. After this meditation my thoughts and feelings became clearer to me, and I’ve learned that I need to let go of the past. Ive said i was going to multiple times before and never have, but now I’m going to let go and heal. I want to grow and be a better person and hopefully by letting go of trauma i can do that. Thank you for this meditation it has opened it eyes.

Hello💕 i want to share my experience with rose quartz. It is the first crystal I've ever had, i brought it for the purpose of self-love. After a short time, i met someone whom i believe that he's the one. @Shannon I first found your video on rose quartz and did this meditation 10 days agon. Today, I wanted to share that I could feel the calm from this crystal in interacting with someone I was feeling blocked towards and was on the verge of avoiding. I held the stone in my hand and meditated with it for a few minutes and held the entire conversation with the stone in my hand.

I saw a pink light emanating from my root chakra when I visualized my heart chakra. The light formed a shape like a painter's palette beneath me, and lifted me up into the air.

I noticed that as I was trying to visualize the pale pink light while meditating (& even before ), I found my visualization of the light turning purple . Going in and out of the purple and pink. It was in the form of either purple and pink smoke . It started going crazy, creating many shapes, dancing, but it kept forming into an eye like shape many times. I eventually teared up towards the middle to end as I started thinking of those within my family & when I thought of the true love that I yearn for romantically . I would truly appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on what you think this all means... especially the active smoke of pink and purple forming and eye multiple times as it danced rapidly . My eyes were following it as they were shut. Thank you so much for this. Just came to meditate with my stones for the first time in a long time . 🙏🏾✨✨✨

The scenario that stuck out to me the most was when you asked "Do you feel like you have love for yourself? Do you feel like you are your friend or not?" This mediation definitely helped. I breathed deeply, I cried, and it felt like a release... As though, I addressed an unspoken truth and said no, I'm not my own friend. I will definitely do this again. It helped. Any suggestions on how I can improve my ability to visualize the light emanating from the rose quartz?

I did this without the crystal, and when i start to imagine pale pink light, i feel uncomfortable, get distracted by different darker shade of colors and became very difficult to project the pale pink light as i can't get focused. What does that mean? Is it the sign i should work with Rose Quartz more, or is it sign that i don't need it?

Distracted by the bird . I have ADHD, so meditation is not easy for me.

It's important to know that meditation isn't about "perfect" concentration. The purpose is to be in the moment, whatever that brings. If you get distracted, just recognize it and bring yourself back to the present moment. I just don't want you to be discouraged from meditation in general. Meditation is challenging even for regular practitioners. 🙏🙏🙏

Mam I saw a Rose Quartz Crystal in my dream and fortunately my dream manifested , I had ordered a pendulum and bu mistake they sent me Rose Quartz tumbles but unfortunately I just thought logically and returned it later on my friend told me that I made a big mistake by returning it .Now Iam repenting very badly .What to do? 🙏Please guide
