@@ReikiGemWellness It does the same for me. I read somewhere that those who have experienced trauma should hold selenite for a certain period of time. I have the practice of just holding it once a day whenever I can remember.

Omg this was so simple but so perfect. I'm borrowing a giant stick of selenite at the front desk where I work, and I placed it across my hips because I have my period today and somehow the selenite is alleviating the abdominal pressure, so I can take deeper renewing breaths from this white light bubble of protection around me. I'm still really tired, but my energy has definitely lifted, and I feel like the "leaking" of energy has mostly stopped. The universal wisdom flowing in as I journal at the front desk is so serene and transcendent. I remember connecting with this energy a few times as a child when I had anxious scared thoughts that kept me from falling asleep, and I would read the Psalms. Same energy 🤍

Thank you this was amazing! My back was hurting when i first started the meditation and it sounds like im making it up but i swear when i grabbed my selenite and held it in my hand the pain disappeared and my body felt so good and it felt amazing to hold it in my hand

I did first time with you. I got two selenite. When we started to meditation my palms and body felt like burning with flames. After slowly it started to turn green but I felt like it wasn't enough. Very interesting meditation for me. I heard the birds. I was wondering. It was nice to hear. I will be repeating. That was super different. Shannon, at first I felt a pain in the front of my brain. This is a pain I have related to repeated concussions. Then near the end I felt a tickle sort of in the center of my brain for lack of better wording. I haven't meditated with selenite like this before. Thank you for uploading.

@@ReikiGemWellness It went away. Sometimes the headache from concussion pops up with memory. Other times I'm not sure why (like here) why it did. It went away. By the end I was smiling. I felt physically alert and didn't have that feeling in my head anymore.

Hi Shannon, i have tried a few of your meditation guide videos. Thk u for sharing. Can i ask please if we should be sitting on a chair with feet planted to the ground (grounding) or can we just sit upright on the floor (feet not touching the ground). Which is recommended?

Hi! What is the right way to breathe while meditating with crystals? Some online videos i have seen says breathe in thru the nose and out to the mouth and some say in and out thru the nose. I find that i can focus better if i do the latter. Can u advise me pls? Thk u!
