Today is my birthday. This should be good!

This resonated deeply on a personal level. About a year ago I broke off a emotionally, mentally and physically straining relationship. It was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make because I thought he was my true love. I became so bitter towards him and myself because I couldn’t believe I’d allow myself to be treated so horribly. I knew that I never wanted to get back together with him because I knew I deserved better, and I wanted to get over him. Yet, this past year I’ve been grieving and trying to get back into my light that I thought was taken from me. It’s been one of the most challenging stages in my life. Throughout this year I would have dreams of him and it was always either him trying to reconcile, or him trying to dominate light again as he once did. It hasn’t been until recently that my dreams of him have been of me standing up to him and not feeling ashamed nor angry at him, but carrying on and not giving my energy towards him. In the dreams I can sense him feeling the same way. I didn’t understand what it meant to just let go and allow the feelings to flow. I’ve putting so much energy into wanting to let him go and I’m trying to force it, that it’s only made things more difficult. But once I began just to be who I am, I wasn’t thinking about him or my past. I was living in the new chapter that I have the capability of creating. I’ve never felt so much freedom in not needing to feel that I need to let someone go. And understanding that by not feeding into my negative thoughts of letting go, it happens so naturally. I believe there’s so much I can relate to in this reading and I had to comment how it resonated because I truly felt it was speaking to me. I feel the love again in my heart. I feel joy in little things and I don’t carry that heavy burden of worry. I just am me, and unapologetically me. I’m finally beginning to see the light at the end of this deep dark tunnel I’ve been in for 4 years. It’s taught me so much about love, about myself and about who I am and want to be. I didn’t thank I could be thankful for such a tumultuous experience but it has only made me wiser and aware of the true power that I have within my heart, soul and spirit. I’ve done this work and work to accept things a little more everyday. But in my experience. I am damned if I do or if I don’t. Chasing is unhealthy but the minute I stopped and set boundaries, I lost almost everyone around me. This video helped confirmed so much, I know deep down inside that the Universe and angels do not want me back together with my ex gf. I feel that relationship happened to teach me the cycles I kept repeating and it is so crazy that this time I took a step back and realized the patterns I kept repeating.
