Maybe in the future it would be complicated if Tung Chung Line will merge with Tseung Kwan O(to form North Island Line and maybe rename it to Tung Kwan O line). The proposed station at Tamar will be the interchanging station for both lines. If they chose the extended version, some trains from either Po Lam or Lohas Park will terminate at Tsing Yi because of load limit of the Tsing Ma Bridge.
They used to go to LOHAS Park. But all M trains going to lohas park has been transferred to tsuen wan line, and MTR won’t bother changing the Po Lam M trains to Lohas Park, because it will deafen passengers more.
