Nice one, but my polar array is not associative, any idea on what the issue is?

Associative arrays in AutoCAD are primarily used for creating multiple copies of objects while maintaining a dynamic link to the original source object. However, they cannot be directly extruded as a whole entity. If you attempt to extrude an associative array, you'll find that the extrusion only applies to individual elements within the array, treating each as a separate object rather than a cohesive unit. This limitation stems from the nature of associative arrays, which are designed for replication rather than creating complex 3D geometries in a single operation.

In AutoCAD, you can explode an associative array to revert it to individual objects. This is useful when dealing with 3D objects. To explode an associative array in 3D AutoCAD

After you enter polar array -> specify center of array --->: right click > click associative ---> autocad will ask you if you want the objects to be associative or not
