I use to live in Burbank for over 25 years and worked at the Handy Market, from 1995-2005 and have not been to either for over 10 years, after I moved out of Burbank & Ca for good in 2005, so thanks for filming and posting the video. 🤩

Born and raised Burbankian here, thanks for a drive down memory lane. Live in Texas now, if the cost of everything wasn't so freaking high I would move back and retire there. More towards the hills North of Glen Oaks near the Castaway Restaurant on the hill.

I grew up in Burbank, too. Mostly lived in the hill area. My last house was on Brighton Street, just above Kenneth Road. I moved to Arizona 32 years ago for my job, but we love it here. I would only go back if it was like it was in the 60s and 70s, and that’s not going to happen.

Born in Burbank 1952, St. Joseph's; raised in Burbank first just south of Glenoaks on Cedar Ave, and then above Bel Aire on Harvard Rd., went to John Muir Jr. High, then Burbank High......left in 1983 (lived in No. Hollywood for a couple of years).....So different now. The place I grew up in on Harvard Rd. was purchased by my parents for $25K, is now worth about $2 mill., an average house on an average size lot, but I now live on an acre in a big beautiful home, between Santa Clarita and Palmdale-the air is clean, no smog, the sky is always blue or populated with beautiful white clouds, depending on the weather, and the spaces are wide open with my closest neighbors, all two of them, about an acre away, then no one for at least a mile. Bit of commute to town, but I'd not move back to Burbank if you paid me to.

Born and raised in Southern California ( SFV), Burbank is the little city that didn’t turn ugly and infested with homeless and taco tents with trash everywhere on the sidewalk. It’s always been well maintained because they are their own city. Just like Santa Clarita. Once L.A city mayor, city council gets involved, then the city goes to crap! Just like City of L.A. Cops can’t enforce laws in City of L.A areas. Burbank keeps their city clean. And no, I don’t live in Burbank.

Last time I visited I just stayed in Santa Clarita, SFV, then up the central coast. I've managed to avoid DTLA for 10+ years and I can't imagine how bad it is now. It's same up in Portland. Some cool towns around it, but when you enter "woke city government zone", pure depression, hopelessness, filth.
