HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!! Good luck with all your future adventures! As for the whole, not wanting to eat or not being able to eat a full meal, if anything knocks me off of my routine it is almost impossible for me to eat. Taking in-person college classes has disrupted the schedule I created for myself when my classes were still online; I get sushi (my favorite) to-go and can't finish it. I get migraines a lot (another result of stress) and if I get one in the morning I will hardly touch any food for the rest of the day. Not only is not eating a problem in terms of general health and nutrition, but I also need to have something in my stomach so I can take my medicine and not feel like I'm going to die afterward. Luckily, I have found ways to make sure that I am consuming something rather than starving. Drinking hot chicken or beef broth, eating saltine crackers, drinking a smoothie or anything else that is low-maintenance, snack-like, and I can convince my body is actually a treat. That was a lot of info-dumping, I hope that is helpful in some way :)

Happy happy belated birthday~! 💛♐️✨ I’m sorry to hear how stressful life was there for a bit. Thankfully you have time for yourself now with the break! ☺️ I went through something similar for like a month and a half this past Aug/Sept were my stomach was NOT having it. I had to switch to easy to digest foods, and away from inflammatory stuff 🤕 Also found that high protein helped a lot since I couldn’t necessarily eat a lot either.. Once giving my body a break with this easy/bland-ish food (a lot of quinoa and bone broth hah😅), it helped it recover after some time. Wishing you a speedy swift recovery from this, much love ❤️‍🩹!
