College has changed way more with transfer portal NIL issues off seasons for college coaches don't even exist anymore..I'm a die hard college fan way more than pro football..but I have to agree with joel Klatt and colin cowherd to where in this day and age of college football now that money is involved it makes recruiting a lot harder they believe you will see a lot more of coaches leave college football
Harbaugh could have asked for any salary he wanted, and Michigan would have paid it. Why leave? Dumb in my opinion, but that's harbaugh for ya. He did it to the 49ers, did it to Michigan. No loyalty.

Who was the coach of Baltimore when they beat the 49ers? His brother. Jim's brother has won at the highest level. He hasn't. At least not a Superbowl. I think that he can't live with himself if he didn't try to top his brother somehow. He's a good coach, the proof is in the results. I am sorry, but I have never liked the Michigan coach. His love for Michigan was very weak. Players will now be leaving very soon and Michigan will be lucky to win the Big Ten again any time soon.
