Billy Joe Saunders joined Spencer Oliver and Adam Catterall on Fight Night to discuss his boxing comeback and a fighter he manages Lewie Edmonson. Saunders responded to Ben Shalom on a possible bout between Edmonson and Ben Whittaker. He also exclusively revealed that talks between himself and Chris Eubank Jr's team about a possible rematch. The former two-weight world champion then finished with his take on how Tyson Fury will approach his upcoming bout with Oleksandr Usyk on December 21st.

I think you're right, but the excuse is a valid one. The way Tyson went about it, (just like AJ) was the wrong game plan. But Usyk could probably adjust to any game plan and still beat them both.

Based on what exactly? I don't like Saunders at all personally but the last time he fought he was outboxing Canelo until he had his eye socket smashed and Eubank Jr whole career has been based on his father's name and has people fooled into thinking he's a top fighter when he genuinely isn't..if Saunders gets into top shape and still has his skill set he's a much better boxer than Eubank Jr

@@Skibbitypappappa based on the fact that Eubank would have beat him last time if the fight went an extra round. Saunders has been massively inactive as well. If they fought a rematch within a year of the last fight I would have taken Eubank. Eubank is a better boxer now and Saunders has been doing FA.

'the firist 5 rounds'... wasn't really the first 5 for Fury. 1 & 2 were uneventful and close, as was 3, you could give to either or probably - Usyk. But really it was - 4, 5, 6 & 7 which Fury owned.

It was a close fight and if Fury didn't piss about he'd have got Usyk out of there. Maybe next time Usyk will take him out and Fury is past his best, maybe Fury focuses fully and stops Usyk easily? It's a fight I'd love to watch again either way.

@@welshwoody217 yeah, Fury absolutely would have. It's not as though Usyk adjusted his stance or, Fury's energy levels dropped as a result of trying to keep up with a man 40 lbs lighter than him. All down to him pratting about. Honestly, you guys are hilarious. On some serious copium. Only one man was in a position where the fight could/ should have been stopped yet, you act like Usyk was the one in serious trouble. If you know boxing, you can see how Usyk adjusted in round 7 and, that Fury's punches no longer had the impact they did. Hence, round 8 where Fury was left a bloody mess.

Foney didnt get put down or knocked spark out because the ropes kept him up and the ref didnt let him get knocked out it's simple as that and anybody who watched the fight and disagrees is usin the same dealer as foney in my opinion
