To me is absurd that someone waste their salvation for being stuck up in his or her hateful criminal ways to gain clout, money, power, fame and recognition, and lose salvation and eternal life. It is so sad to see that people prefer to sell the salvation over material things, greed and power, it is heartbreaking!

He probably target me because of a problem I had with another gay person who is a doctor and that didn't go down well or a problem with some worker from his country who were working under me and some of them were incompetent I didn't know how they got the job they were fed by a certain agency and I could not take the shit they were doing so I was always having problems and since they operate like Mafia in institution I could never win the fight and he would always remind me that I had a problem with them so those are the two reason why I feel he targeted me

When organs start shutting down, death comes within 72 hours depending on the situation. I remember my mother, start with pancreatic failure, follow by kidney failure, follow by septic shock, and death, so if that is the case on my ex that she is having organs failure, she is in her last gasp of air.
