Been coming up against this formation a lot the last week or so. Wanted to see why its been so big lately. I've been playing 433(5) because of team comp and i just like having a central cdm, but essentially the same thing. The only difference is i use a striker like Tevez (great dribbling and passing) on the LW with Stay forward, free roam, get in behind and an actual winger on the right with come back, cut inside. The space and positioning is what i love most about. I found having a CF instead of a ST causes less congestion in the box when you have the ball out wide. The late runs are what really makenit worj.
