Proprietary Information?! The Judge broke the law! Any Ex-Parte Attorney Steele (sp?) has a right, must be there, for any Ex-Parte Hearing. A 24 - 72 Notice minimum either telephonically or be direct delivery MUST BE MADE to the other party. Judicial Review Board time for the Judge! The Prosecutor should be brought up on charges too! Dang!!!
