I'm coming into this conversation not knowing what was said, but I have some info on ESUS. I took over 200 listings down after arguing with Ebay about how many people I was refunding. They are using an e-commerce tool called EasyShip now. EasyShip was bought by DHL, however if you call DHL, they deny knowing what EasyShip is, and if you call EasyShip, they deny knowing who DHL is. They also deny knowing what Ebay is. Try it. It's a ton of fun. Long story short, EasyShip is responsible for 97% of the issues Ebay has now with shipping, and they refuse to get rid of them. They're about to become the only e-commerce tool Ebay uses as well, which is insane. DHLExpress is who they're going to take over for. I refund 11% of what I sell and have to wait 30 days to get refunded through PiP insurance. As of today, I have nothing on Ebay for sale. Sold my last card earlier this week. Have such a backload, it's insane.

I automatically refund anyways if a standard envelope doesn’t arrive

@@westernnycards The envelope is insured up to $20. Either eBay or USPS winds up paying the customer back depending who’s at fault. Sometimes the customer is at fault and sometimes the item arrives much later than expected. I have a massive USPS hub that sometimes looses the envelope and mysteriously arrives once a claim is made.

@@westernnycards Insurance covers up to $20 for the seller when items are mishandled through USPS. eBay customer service walks you through the process. I had an Item that was lost at a major hub and when a claim was filed, it mysteriously arrived at the customer’s house later than expected.

I understand all that, both of the cards that were lost for me were like 2 dollars lol that’s why I just refunded and moved on. Not worth my time for a claim

My wallet was screaming to not spend 100-200 on a video today 😂😂 back to breaks tomorrow! And I’ll wait a solid 48-72 hours before any decisions unless I’m blown away by an offer by a trusted buyer/channel member. If some random person comes in and makes an offer I may wait even longer. I want the cards to go to the people of the channel!!
