It would appear to me that if he missed the court date, how was he notified! Service has to be proper! He can’t appear if he is not aware of the hearing! In Shilo’s case it’s fishy that you would have a hearing and not know if all parties were properly notified! Shilo acted as any child would have if being attracted from behind! Pre existing conditions is also a factor! Darjean was already injured and there is no way to determine that the injury was caused by a 15 year old.
The altercation came due to the fact that deon Sanders told the guy to take the phone from Shilo so he would not call his mother and Shilo refused to give the phone to the adult. At the age of 15 he was not above the law if an adult ask you for something he has to comply and he didn't it doesn't matter if the guy had a pre-existing injury. Sometimes people have pre-existing injuries and as long as you do not aggravate the injury they can go on and be okay but to the fact he was tussling with the guy when the guy tried to take the phone he aggravated the guys injury so therefore he needs to pay I do not care what age he was if you look at the history of this child during the time he has father and his mom was going through the divorce and his father was given custody Shiloh was very disrespectful to adults and school staff everybody knows he wasn't supposed to be on his phone he knew he wasn't supposed to order pizza to the school and they asked him why did you do that and he said because he wanted to come on be for real now he wants to change his image.
Go back and look at the testimonies that we're giving when this situation happened Shilo was a very disrespectful child not listening to his father. After this situation when he got out of jail Deon sent him to a boy school to try to help him because he was going down the wrong road so what does that tell you he was a very disrespectful child you need to go back and look at the case before you speak on something that you don't know look at the testimony that shallow gave when he was in the investigation with the authorities.
