Hey Chris, appreciate this tool and I use it all the time. I use a BGR monitor (different from RGB where the pixels are reversed) and the text seems to get real blurry unless I move my cursor on the screen. Not sure what would cause it opening up WinUtil, but that might be just my issue. I just remember it not being blurry earlier last year.

You said you have your own utility script for Windows but a few years ago you said people don't need it because Windows has own utility apps.

you could use git bisect command to test and find out what change caused the error

I am not to tech save but I will try to explain whatever happened to me Chris. I was on windows 10 and ran your script-win util and after I got something from micrsoft to the effect that I was not to get into what they have on my laptop,then I it basically forced me to go to windows 11 as it said on the next restart you will be going to windows 11. Just so odd how it happened like that because in no way did I want to go to windows 11 but here I am lol. Not even sure if this is relovent to what this video is about lol thanks for all you do !!!

There is a way to check if you're shadowbanned or not, it's called incognito mode. Personally, I think that the worst part is that the algorithm shadowbans individual comments at random, even if you comment something completely normal that no RU-vidr would shadowban you over for, so you'll have to spend extra time making sure your response didn't got filtered and people can see it, since that's the point of commenting, and RU-vid actively defeats it.

hi cris, i'm in the uk, i'm all up to date with my updates. but my machine doesn't have this update " 775.0 " my machine goes straight to 768.0 and i'm now on 796.0 i do not have the 776.0 on my machine. and i'm still able to use your script, works fine for me. hope this helps

Stuff like this is exactly why I moved back to Linux. Permantly this time though. I'm glad I did because not only has Linux gotten sooooo much better, but Windows has gotten worse. Great job Microsoft! You're making people not wanna use your operating systems anymore.

I completely disabled updates in WInutil. How did they get to me? Sorry for not watching whole video.

This is what I can’t stand about MS, I can’t use my browser of choice without getting nagged about Edge, I can’t install open source programs without defender getting mad. It’s like you can’t make your own choices. Ridiculous. They pay developers to program this shit into windows instead of making windows better.

I use a Mac so I never have these kinds of emergencies
