Good video but I want to add that forgiveness isn't always necessary and you might feel more at peace if you take the lessons and move on without feeling the need to forgive. You are not a bad person if you don't forgive the people who were out to harm you Edit: internal forgiveness without reconciling with harmful people isn't necessary either, and you don't have to eventually become ready to forgive either. There is no point to forgiveness if you know you won't tolerate those behaviors again, either from them or anyone else in the future. If you think it's necessary to move on, that's up to you, but it is not the only correct way to move on and heal. You can also just see certain people for the garbage they are and throw them out of your life, recognise that there's no reason to waste a lot of your time staying angry over garbage that you already threw out, and focus on rebuilding your own life. This will help you steer clear of similar garbage in the future, because you will see it as unacceptable and not deserving of compassion. Something you likely can't get with forgiveness.

This is accurate. Ive sensed and seen the spiritual wickedness and betrayal. But Ive also witnessed miracles and providence too. They cant keep me down and now they are banished from my life.

When one is love, one never realizes it just happens; it’s not supposed to be work. This is where empaths get stuck because we want to “fix” someone who cannot or choose not to love us (narcissists, jezebels or codependent relationship combinations).
