My laptop still not working nobody taking action for 14 days gone.
I am disappointed hp products and customer service.
Manager also talking rude, I have recorded all voice record.
How I politely talk with him.
he doesn't care my value so video will be publish 15th of October on RU-vid.

I lose my patience getting frustration with the worst hp customer service so many times requested but the request is not working.
Whatever your service people are not satisfied and second thing your not checking correctly my laptop.
Third thing even you cannot provide a replacement new laptop.
Thank your worst service team.
I learnt the new lesson of hp laptop and always use two laptops other wise better use lenovo, Asus and dell laptop.
Hp laptop only for kids people 6 -13 years old usable product and above 14 Year cannot use Hp laptop restricted.
My requested everyone please doesn't usan e Hp laptop.
