Hi Gina! I'm starting to slowly transition into my fall scents. I usually start melting my fall scents in the evening when it's cooler but stick with summer scents during the day. We're getting cooler weather this week which i'm looking forward to. Thanks for watching and hope all is well with you!

Hello! I hope to find some of the new Dove fall body washes/scrubs when I pick Julian up in a couple of weeks. They sound so good and Dove products are so moisturizing for the colder months. Thanks for the scent notes on the Yankee "surfboard" melt. LOL! So there is mint in there. Wow, companies do get carried away with their scent notes, don't they. If I just read those scent notes, I wouldn't even begin to imagine what it smelled like. Still hoping to find Woodland Pinecones and Leaves and Acorns - hopefully will show up next time. Have to take Mildred and Abigail to the vet this afternoon for their yearly check up. I usually take Julian with me to help because they can be hyper at the vet but he's away so I have to take them myself. I stepped out this morning and it feels like fall! It is just a temporary cool down but I'm going to enjoy it while I can. Take care - hugs to you!!

Funny, I got Paddling on the Lake 🛶 and looked up the scent notes the other day, because I was smelling mint and lavender and wanted to see if I was right. (Here are the scent notes to POTL if you’re interested: -Top: Black Pepper, Cinnamon Bark, Fresh Mint -Mid: Laurel, Lavender, Leather, Lake Mist -Base: Cedarwood Canoe, Fir Balsam, Amber.) It does lean cologne and I prefer Woodland Weekend Memories and Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl from the new Yankee collection better. If you at Walmart or Meijer and see YC’s Pumpkin Banana Scone it is really good.

Hi Kelly! In Hungary they had cooling stations where they had metal arches that sprayed out a find mist of water. There is a lot of fountains in the older cities in Europe. Frank gave me a good soaking when we saw one of those. I didn't feel guilty either breaking my wax ban. I love Autumn scents too much! I hope you are feeling okay and you are comfortable. Looks like you are having an amazing summer with your grandchildren!!

Pink Apple, Apple Orchard, and Pumpkin Spice. The scents are really lovely! I had never seen this style jar before. Have not bought DWhome candles in a long time because they weren't burning evenly. Thank you so much! I don't feel my age.... yet! LOL! DW candles always have the cutest packaging. DW candles can be hit and miss with their burns and throws but they really know how to package them well. And yes, the puppies were like mini tornadoes when we got home. Oh man! I found a store that has fusion a few months ago. I have to go look for that cranberry muffin. I tried the blueberry donuts from the homemade line and i loved it. It was really strong and overtook my 3 wick candles . I need to try anything from that line 😍 Cuddles and cashmere is very light! I wish they amped up their cashmere scents. They're always just a little underwhelming for me. The creamy cashmere from mainstays is gorgeous and a good thrower.
