Всё прекрасно, вот только я не понял назначение листа алюминия снизу. Вроде как всё будет работать точно также и без этого листа. Разве нет?

Хм, выглядит, конечно красиво, но есть один нюанс: после удаления пластика шпилька при фиксации будет ломать шип в соединении шип-паз. Но если считать вас успешным контент-мейкером, то всё хорошо)

Да, вы правы, я думал об этом. Возможно придется смастерить скобу из более жесткого материала которая будет упираться не только в вершину шипа, но и в его основание, чтобы увеличить площадь соприкосновения. Спасбо

Подавляющее большинство(по крайней мере касающейся столярки) работают ради рекламы , но и от них есть польза - сам до много за короткое время не дойдёшь.

i have seen a few jigs that do not require you to make a hole in the middle of the wood to make a circle ....i kind of think its a waste of time to keep covering the holes and making them each time but still cool project.

What about the centre hole within the disk?

No problem, just take a measurement from outer side of the bit to set up the radius and other do the same

As another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us don’t have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we won’t be able to practise the full stack project, is still great.
