Thank you again for your video. I am impressed by the performance of that paper. I don't remember if you stated the GSM of the paper on previous videos but it seems light weight which makes the performance that much better.

@@Flatability that's pretty light weight for the performance you are getting out of it. When you flip the page it has a distinct crinkly sound that I associate with bagasse paper (sugar cane paper) which performs very similar to what your video shows.

As I understand it, Silvine made efforts to replicate their original notebooks. They're using a UK based paper mill. My gut feeling, given that Silvine have existed longer that the widespread introduction of ball point pens, is that paper, especially in notebooks, was specifically "formulated" to prevent bleed through. So it's possible that these "recipes" still exist, and can be replicated. I might talk about this in a future podcast.
