I’m most of the time waving towards my bf to bring me medicine and chocolate. Occasionally I “cry” for pizza. Idk if double cleanse helps with hormonal acne 🤷♀️
@@loveeeee888i can eat icecream! 😭 but sadly sometimes my cramps r so strong i just fall dramatically on the floor and lay theyre till they lower down 😭
Eating ice cream isn’t rlly recommended by doctors… it MIGHT make the cramps worse She set a good example in the video by drinking hot water and staying warm
Omg I love the making a tea part! I absolutely need a heater for my tummy cramps, and Raspberry leaf tea is so good for alleviating cramps! I might add a little ashwagandha to help regulate my cycle a bit too ❤
My light bleeding period routine: Double cleanse for hormanol acne. Pajamas. Hot herbal tea. Mist room. My Heavy period bleeding routine: Hot herbal tea. More tea. Calm patch. Bath.
Bold of you to have the energy to do all of this. The day I start my period is always the worst, and most of the time I don't have the energy to do anything productive. I just lounge around drawing, playing video games, watching YT... It sucks having to go to work the day I start my period.
Depends on how bad iam hurting is If I use long or short rotation. I shower on the first day to last if I can help it because for some reason shower makes my cramps worse
I WOULD DO THIS IF NOT DUE TO MY RELIGIOUS PROBLEMS explanation: I live in india where u r not suppose to touch almost nothing when u r on ur periods so u have to lay on the floor. U r also not supposed to enter the room of like gods pictures and stuff and in my house it is inside my kitchen so i am not allowed to go in the kitchen the reason u can't lay on the bed is not cause it will stain its because whatever like whatever clothes or bedsheets or anything u touch have to go to wash (compulsory) and even tho u dont touch the things it will still go to wash Hope it helps!
nah school started i dont even have time to sleep or wake up lets not talk that i go to sleep at 8 and wake up at 5 and and still dont have time , school stresses the heck out of me .
