although I agree it was a flagrant foul, this was nowhere close to a "full nelson" you need 2 hands around the BACK of the neck and under both arms to even attempt a full nelson. What she did was more like a front hand wrapped around the front of the throat and used her body to push her backwards while she was in the air.
