I think the Am's now are just not ready to put seasons together and link so many races together back to back. It has to be tough mentally and physically to run a supercross and motocross season as a rookie. All the amateur nationals and racing a ton of classes gives you alot of track time, when pro racing doesn't do that. You have to be ready to go and every gate drop matters as a pro. I think that's why we're seeing Drew Adams go and race in Canada to learn how to run a series. The way amateurs is run now makes money for the promoters but is detrimental to future motocrossers as a whole.

No. Because in an instant you can end up in a chair. They do need a way to help them to not have to need to be an announcer later on when they are broke.

Jett, ET3, Chase and Cooper Webb is what I would say. Not sure Suzuki have the money to pay Kenny that much and Anderson wasn't doing much before he moved to Kawi. But Deegan would probably be the biggest money earner purely on how many bikes he sells even in his AM days.

The AM thing dying out, may be because guys have spent as much if not more time as a professional then an amateur, which has made the field way deeper making it harder for some kid to come out and kill it. The combine kids are top 20 lap times which isn’t phenom status…

Never liked ken roczen. I never understood how people could take him over Webb. Especially with how he crys constantly. Everyone acts like because he broke two arms and came back like no one else would do that when in reality most would

You should go back and look into how destroyed his arms and wrists really are from his accidents . Sure he could have went the route of riding but he came back to racing . Two different scenarios of risking it once again
