Ltcg without Indexation benefits for share is opt. But in house property it will not be appropriate because in shares nobody holds for more than 7 or 10 12 yrs In house property there are regn fees on purchasing and taxes paid every year as property tax etc and repairs maintenance etc and more etc

Don't bluff please just provide a table with old and new ways of real estate asset taxation. Unless you provide examples for me it seems you are sangi or up only. If house bought for 20L and sold for 50L after 5 years how much tax has to be paid can you provide details in new/ both tax models.
