Explain in excellent but one a little doubt in concentricy and runout. According to video no any difference between concentricity and runout both are same checking. So please clear my doubt?
Hi, You missed main concept like GD&T rules, Datums, Datum target, How to apply MMC & LMC, what is VC, Fixed and floating fastener calculation applicable on position tolerance etc..
shahbaz momin sir can you plz tell me where we can learn concepts or any video which may give me a clear idea on rules...??? I am a trainee engineer and due to company politics senior are not explaining..sir if u can help me it will be a great help for me 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Nobody give you that knowledge...Nobody...who knows the full concept, he will take footage or show you tantrum ...this is the beauty of Indian public....I can suggest you join some forign course material....they will explain you good..don't expect from Indian people...
great to acquire such knowledge with beautifully explained... it will be more appreciable if you explain all concept by keeping one example like any drawing and explaining the all feature control frame. nevertheless Thanks for the video i have subscribed.
Sir.... first of all, It was a very good explanation... thanks for your efforts I have one question... is there any difference between concentricity and circular runout... in your explanation both seems to be similar... !!!
For circularity no datum ref.is need Whereas runout requires a datum reference. Both measures a single element on the surface. If both measures a whole element,it will be called as cylindricity and total runout respectively
Well explaied sir, please make more detailed video on this same topic, what is difference between circular runout and circulatory, diff between cylindricity and total runput
Hi this video is really helpful and informative. I request please upload some videos on tolerance stack-up analysis IN HINDI with industrial examples. thanks

thank you, sir I have few queries- 1) What are the differences between Circularity & Circular runout? 2) What are the differences between Cylindricity & Total runout?
Same differences, the runouts can be seen as the addition of the form default and the position default : Circular runout = circularity + concentricity Total runout (direction must be perdicular to the axis) =cylindricity + coaxiality HTH
Hello sir, I want to about responsibilities of engineer, senior engineer, plant head, assistant manager, manager. Please separate these responsibilities according to post.
Thank you sir bahot acha laga pura video dekh kar best RU-vid channel for learning Sir cmm ke bare me kuch video banaoge to or kuch sikhne ko milta sir Thank you sir 🙏
Thanks a lot, sir, for this great video!! actually, I am undergoing trainee in the mechanical industry ... my toughest part was to understand the GD AND T CONCEPTS ...SO I Have watched a lot of videos and spent a lot of time understanding this concept.., I ended up confusing a lot. But when I watched this video I got a lot of clarity ..so thank you so much!!!!

Concentricity refers to the condition where two or more features or surfaces share a common center axis or point, ensuring they are aligned and coaxial. It's the measure of how closely the center points of different features coincide. Runout, on the other hand, refers to the deviation of a rotating part from its ideal axis of rotation. It measures the degree of wobble or deviation from a true circular path as the part rotates.
