🤖 Welcome back to Part 10 of our DIY Autonomous Mobile Robot building series!

In Part 9, we started working on the chassis design and positioned key components to avoid interference with the robot body shell. Now, in this video, we’ll continue to design the chassis, duplicate walls, and form holes in the outer walls and bases -all while utilizing Fusion 360.
🔧 What you’ll learn in this video:
Duplicating inner walls for battery compartment and caster wheel clearance
Creating wire slots for the 9V battery
Modeling and extruding the washer for the caster wheel
Aligning and positioning servo grommets and eyelets
Constructing and trimming the robot's outer wall to fit the chassis
Designing a battery holder hook for secure attachment of the battery holder
Creating openings for the servos in the outer walls
Creating openings for circuit board in the base structure
