Sometimes I wear several bracelets on both hands. But if I just wear one bracelet, I prefer right for comfort. It's good to know that there are many benefits associated with each :)
I usually wear my bracelets according to what feels comfortable in the moment. But when I do healing on others, I wear Obsidian bracelets on my left hand to receive protective energy from the stone and the Universe.
I’m a musician. Can I wear my crystal bracelits or crystal rings while playing musical instruments? For example, if I’m playing the tongue drum or the kalimba or the piano. Can I wear my crystal bracelits or rings then. I find music to be therapeutic and healing, and maybe the music ca benefit the crystals.
Hi, you can definitely wear as much crystal jewelry as you like while you are playing your musical instruments, as long as they don't bother you. You are correct in that it will enhance your overall energy combining music and healing crystals.
I am a Reiki Gr master. The only thing I disagree with you is giving Reiki with crystals on non dom hand. I wear several bracelets on my dom hand & none on non dom. I have found that non dom hands actually receive too much energy based on the bracelet. For example, If I wear Rose Quartz on my non dom, more love energy is taken from client. Rose Quartz will take back more love, etc energy. Some Reiki practitioners will say it is impossible to get energy from a client- I disagree. Any crystals used has the potential to pull energy. Reiki completes a circuit. I only suggest you use crystals on your Dom hand after you are a Reiki Master. Until you have that much experience, crystals will absorb energy & you have not learned to block energy.
What I got from this video is that Sheila said the dominant is the giving energy, giving out. So if you are doing Reiki on a client, wear the bracelet on the dominant hand. If you ARE the client, wear it on your non-dominant receiving hand.

That was good info! However, please “unmirror” the future videos because your actual right hand to me is your left. Likewise, your actual left hand to me is your right. I have to focus on the words “right” & “left”. If I’m not careful, I might get confused and thinking the opposite. As I look at your video, I think I am looking at your shaking left hand when it was actually your right hand. Same as looking at your shaking right hand as your actual left hand. Sorry if I’m confusing you, lol. I hope you got it at ”unmirror”. 💜
Interesting, I didn't even think of that in the case of this Satin Crystals video :) Though I do understand because if I am following exercise or yoga videos, I am often mixing up sides as well.
